We can build +3000 houses per annum, defect free. Our Geysers have set timers installed, to greatly reduce electrical consumption as well as highly thermal efficient Walls, thus no need for heating and cooling, reducing the demand on the National Grid.

 

Our Houses are the ONLY RDP houses to comply to National Building Regulation. Quality Assurance, as every house to be signed off by an Engineer, with Defect Insurance in place, not leaving government to carry the can, for defects.
